Rev. Dr. David C Skidmore currently serves as Lead Pastor at Glenview Nazarene Church in Medicine Hat Alberta, Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Theology Degree from Canadian Nazarene College {Winnipeg}; a Masters in Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary {Toronto} and a Doctorate in Ministry from Nazarene Theological Seminary. {Kansas City} He has planted and replanted several churches within a Canadian context and is currently serving as the Director of Church Planting for the Canada West Church of the Nazarene. He is the Founding Director of the Ministry Development Centre ONLINE©; a web based resource for the education and training of clergy and lay leaders. He is involved in teaching as well as being the Director of the MDC ONLINE ©. He resides in Medicine Hat with his wife Peggy.

Peggy Skidmore currently serves as the Executive Administrator of Glenview Nazarene Church in Medicine Hat Alberta, Canada. Her responsibilities involve managing the communication and ministry systems of the many campuses of the church. She has a Bachelor of Arts - Religion) from Canadian Nazarene College {Winnipeg} and an Early Childhood Degree. Her role within the Ministry Development Center ONLINE © is Registrar and Finances. Her hobbies are shopping and scrap booking.

Rev. Murray Alan Kumm currently serves as the Step 5 Pastor at Glenview Nazarene Church. Rev Murray is also a Registered Evangelist/Revivalist in the Church of the Nazarene Canada. He is a recent graduate of the MDC ONLINE © program. He brings to the MDC Online © 10 years of experience in Website Development and Optimization and currently serves as the Webmaster and Technical Contact for the www.eteach.ca website and the Moodle Modular Course of Study Delivery System. Rev Murray also owns and operates a Web Development company (Revive Us WEB) that specializes in helping churches and ministries get online. Rev Murray Lives in Redcliff, AB and has two children.

Cheryl Epp grew up in Medicine Hat, and has lived much of her life in southern Alberta. After completing Bible college, she decided to become a teacher, and graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Education. After teaching in Christian schools for several years, she attended Ontario Theological Seminary (now Tyndale Seminary), where she earned a Master's degree in Theological Studies. She has lived and worked in such diverse places as Yellowknife, NT, St. Petersburg, Russia, and Mexico City, Mexico. Currently living in Medicine Hat, she is able to share her experience and knowledge through the MDC Online ©.
